Jack Sinclaire Esq. was born and raised in the Charleston area and is a graduate of the Porter-Gaud School, class of 1977. After having obtained his bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, Attorney Sinclaire went on to study law at the University of South Carolina School of Law. In 1984 he received his Juris Doctorate, and spent 17 years litigating cases in the state prosecutor's office.
Attorney Sinclaire then went on to graduate from the National College of District Attorneys, and the National District Attorney's Association of Advanced Trial Advocacy School. He was later appointed Deputy Solicitor in 1992 and went into private practice in 2001.
Since then, attorney Sinclaire has lectured at the Summary Court Judges Association Annual Seminar on the art of trying DUI cases, and continues to provide knowledgeable counsel to his clients.
